Phénix Attachments is committed to sustainable development, since we recondition used attachments to offer them once again on the materials handling market for sale or rental.

Step 1
All accessories arrive at our agency in Saint Pierre les Elbeuf, France.
We carry out an initial sorting: the most obsolete will be dismantled for spare parts, and the others will enter the reconditioning circuit.
Step 2
Accessories are cleaned and sent to the diagnostic workshop.
We record all the manufacturer's information: type, serial number, capacity, center of gravity, year, Cdg, offset, weight, etc
Accessories are then tested on a hydraulic bench to identify parts to be replaced and malfunctions.
The technician passes on the expertise to the workshop manager, who decides whether to continue with the reconditioning or to dismantle it for spare parts.
Step 3
We assign a stock number to each accessory so that we can track it throughout the reconditioning and warranty process.
Accessories are completely dismantled, worn parts are replaced by new ones, the structure is completely sandblasted and repainted, hydraulic boxes are dismantled to replace seals, and all hydraulic hoses are replaced.
Step 4
We reassemble the attachment, test it again on a hydraulic bench and make the various adjustments in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Step 5
The accessory arrives at our quality department, which will go through all the stages of reconditioning and validate that it is ready for collection.
